Ya' kinda missed the point there, Cindy.

But to answer your micro question- it reflects if you're oriented enough
to time, place, person, and surroundings as well as informed enough to
cast an intelligent ballot. No doubt you've hear the term "low
information voter" and understand how susceptible to undue influence
they are.

A knuckle-head vote counts exactly the same as your sober, measured,
well-analyzed, objective, insightful one no doubt cast in the best
interests of your town, county, state and nation ;-)
