It's a moot point what the difference is between wild dogs and stray
domestic dogs when they are mauling you to death.

The Guardian says they are wild

The Telegraph says stray

There are true wild dogs in Africa.

In Greece there are no wild dogs.

The ones in Greece are correctly termed feral. Domestic ones gone wild.

Of which there are very few in the UK, we justy don;t allow feral dogs to get to that stage.

Like London pigeons are feral, but countryside wood pigeons are wild -
never been domesticated.

Pigeons and wood pigeons and racing pigeons, there's 300 species.

But we were only talking about dogs and whether we have wild dogs in the UK.
