Rain water defelecter to clip to guttering?

Made me wonder if there is something ready made to clip to the edge of
half round guttering to deflect water back into it.
No rain for a month and then it all comes at once.
Oh, the main roof drains onto the sloping roof over the extension and then
into the guttering around that.
