Similar idea to one of the US 20th century presidents who had a
"formula" if he was asked to do a speech. I forget the numbers but in
essence, if it was a 10 minute speech he needed three months notice. For
a 1 hour speech, he needed a month. For a 3 hour speech, he could do it
next week.
