murder. Some jails use "spit hoods" for recalcitrant individuals.

A bus transport supervisor (Lieutenant) had a crook spit on him. He
taped his mouth shut with duct tape.. The crook died and Gerrie went
to confinement. He worked as a 'trustee' in a county jail. No time
served in federal prison.
