Knowing how to solve it a different matter. That requires specialist
skills. Just why you expect a journalist to have them I'm not quite
clear. Perhaps you've been reading the Mail etc for too long. They tend
to give the solution to a problem their readers just know is right.
I forget, you've never worked in the real world.
