Trump ran on the promise of ending the US being the world's policeman. He advocated pulling out of Europe, SK, and Japan and said NATO was obsolete and that under a Trump administration the US might not honor its obligation to come to the defense of NATO countries. He said he'd leave ISIS to Russia and he welcomed Russia into Syria.
