Default HD Glacier Bay Bar Shower Assembly (Two Heads; One On A Hose)

Hello,

We have one of those Home Depot Glacier Bay Bar Showers, with two shower heads; one on a hose.

This is the assembly that has a bar with a sliding holder for a second
shower head on a hose, and a rotatable handle diverter valve on the bottom to select water flow for
either the normal location shower head at the top, or the one located on the hose, or both.
Perhaps 180 degrees of total rotation.

The bar allows for raising or lowering this hose mounted shower head on a holder
that slides on the bar.

Question: Have had it for about a year.

The valve assembly, when there is some water pressure behind it, now pops out of its housing.

I've looked and looked, but just cannot figure out what is "supposed to" hold it in
place.

There doesn't seem to be any screw, or fastener, anywhere for the purpose.

Can anyone, perhaps, explain to me how it is normally held in place ?

And, is there a replacement valve assembly that I can purchase to replace this one, that
comes with the means for securing it in the housing ?

Much thanks,
Bob
