Well, duh. He did not do it DELIBERATELY. And I'll guarantee you
if he did, they'd charge him with a crime.



He did have a history of confusing real and drill events.

He did get fired from his job. Nothing was said about him doing it
deliberty. Seems that he was left in his job longer than he should have
been.
