If Sugar, you make your money by talking about it on TV.

Sugar made his money by being innovative with the desk top PC and
smashing the cartel of the large IT companies who were protecting their
mainframe terminal market by charging £4k for a PC.
Branson by ripping off the NHS.

And the customers of which rail franchise protested when it lost the
renewal bid? - oh yes Virgin West Coast.
