Where I am, we have very little winter weather (snow & ice), so people
are likely to not know how to drive in it. There was an ice problem
early this year, and there were a lot of crashes.


We get a lot of it, but the first storm is like training class. I'll
take a foot of snow over 1/16" of ice though. Ice means stay where you
are.
