Here in Alabamastan, not that long ago, Democrats had controlled state government for 150 years so you had to be a Democrat to get anywhere. The Republicans took over a while back so now you must be a Republican to get political traction. Voters here have matured into conservatives. I'm not a Republican, Republicans disgust me but Democrats/Commiecrats are special, they horrify me. That's why I'm a Libertarian-leaning Independent. During the Presidential Election, I couldn't find a place on the ballot that read "OH HELL NO NOT HITLERy CLINTON!" so I had to cast my vote for the only candidate who had a chance of keeping The Clinton Crime Family out of The White House again and that was Donald Trump. Now we have another election where the choice is between a Commiecrat and a nutty Republican. My vote will be against the Commiecrat. If Roy More is elected and any of the allegations are actually proved to be true, he can be bounced out of office and another Republican can be appointed/elected in his place. I feel about the same but unfortunately its a two party system so I tell
people to join the party that they like better so you can nominate
candidates more to their liking. Moore is somewhat of a throwback but a
senate seat is important and the national democrat leaders are spouting
communism.

We made a mistake here in Delaware when republicans threw out a RINO who
would have taken Biden's old senate seat. Unfortunately a RINO is
better than what you call a commiecrat which is what we got with now Dem
senator Chris Coons.

Draining the swamp is a long term job. Eventually we might rid it of
RINO's and commiecrats and other green and slimy creatures.

My prediction is that you're going to have such a blowback to Trump
that the conservative movement will be discredited for a generation,
if not forever. That's why I was opposed and remain opposed to Trump.
He's a moronic caricature of a conservative, exactly what the left wants
people to believe all conservatives are like. And the first big test
of that is less than a year away. This whole concept of a "swamp" is
another Trump/Bannon creation to distract and mislead. What's more
swamp like than appointing a Goldman Sachs guy Treasury secretary, nepotism,
putting family into the WH, continuing to own businesses that profit
from your govt connection, kissing up to Putin, passing a tax bill that
will benefit you personally enormously, etc.

His latest lame lying stunt is to run around Asia proclaiming that unlike
previous presidents, he now has China agreeing with him that NK must
be de-nuclearized completely. The very next day the Chinese foreign
minister came out and said no, their policy remains the same, that there
should be a freeze, NK halting their nuke development in exchange for
the US stopping our joint training exercises with SK. That was a right
proper smack down. Trump says he
asked Putin *again* if he meddled, and Putin's getting annoyed by it.
The Kremlin issues a denial, saying that never happened. It's a sad
day in America when you believe that the Kremlin is telling the truth,
not the US president.
