I didn't know this before. Between '97 & '14 Taxpayers have spent
$15.2M on "shush" in a slush fund, paying out to allegations against
congressional swamp creatures. They force the accusers (male or
female) into mediation, non-disclosure agreements, and shut your mouth
forms. Apparently, some still hold office.

Well, I guess the good news is that for once, Congress is being very
economical and efficient. Bill O'Reilly just paid $32 mil to settle
just one case, Fox has spent $45 mil on all the Ailes cases. So,
for once, govt is more efficient than private enterprise.
