I have one LED bulb tyhta delays 1/4 seciond. All the others come on
instantly
It is therefore likely that it is your brain that is flickering, or
retinal detachment
There's a relatively new type of controller built into some LED lights that does cause some flicker. Fine for plant lighting, not ideal for home use.
