What is the need to kill them? Do you have a good recipe?

The only source of the pigeons I'm concerned with is one miserable neighbor, who has 40 birds as pets. Lets the go **** on the neighbor once every day or two. I more so wanna punish him...
You'll end up[ with an enemy much worse than the pigeons.
