Never done it before - is it reasonably straightforward? I've got a standard plumbing propane torch, nothing huge.
Instructions are basically sweep it, degrease it, preheat the surface if it's cold, then blowtorch the letters from 6" away until it's done.

From that you can see the size of torch you will need, which you may
need to hire. Also note the use of primer on less than pristine surfaces.
