I keep a 12 year old freelander going, because frankly I have not seen a
modern car that suits me better.

Resist the trend. Insist on safety razors and throw your multiblade crap
away. (I have finally got myself an old fashonbed safety razor, and
packs of blades simply because having tried everything else, I find that
it actually shaves better and costs less).

Go back to simple stuff that you understand, can live with, and works.
