I'd guess churches or hospitals.
Change that to Megachurches and for profit hospitals (I guess in the
USA that's pretty much all hospitals - not so up here. The US "Bible
Belt" seams to have more than it's share of Megachurches run my
bigger-than-life charlatans as well

Don't leave out the US non-profit hospitals. They make lots of money
and pay the executives outrageous fees and bonuses.
