Waste Management Bagster 606-Gallon Green Plastic Outdoor Trash Can

Are these water tight? Can they be made so, applying sealant on edges, or is it just too problematic and inconsistent?

Search for 'watertight' here and you'll find that the answer is that is it not watertight.

Can you make it watertight? I seriously doubt that it's something you could accomplish
quickly/easily.

Any ideas on how to create an emergency dam in a day?

A "bagster" won't help when the roof flies a block away. Just sayin'.
