Default Difference between COMPLETE and FINISHED

replying to Rob, Iggy wrote:
Well, you just need to look at a Horizontal Installation of
drywall/plasterboard to know the difference. Those HACKS "complete" their work
daily (so they say), but never ever "finish" their work (so everyone else
says).

With Horizontally Installed drywall/plasterboard there's ALWAYS a "completely
unfinished" bottom bevel/taper left for the carpenter to finish FOR THEM
before they can install the baseboards (Myron Ferguson a.k.a. Moron
Frauderson) Complete = a job partially done. Finished = a job fully done. They
ruin brand new and still, HILARIOUSLY, call themselves "professionals".
