I had it on as a ringtone about 12 years ago.
I happened to be on the helm of a ship when someone called, rest of the
bridge team looked at each other with deep concern as they wondered
what the heck had set an alarm they had never heard sound before off.

Mine has gone off in the middle of me giving a lecture. I just say "It's
OK, just a text" and carry on. The students think "Oh, Bob again" and
ignore it.
