treaties are rarely one sided. If one side withdraws, the other side
might retalliate.
With the level of EU bureaucracy, it would be odd if such likely leaving
costs weren't documented somewhere. As a principle, rather than sum. But
just the sort of thing Brexiteers would keep very quiet about.
