That's just the Democrat county prosecutor making excuses for Democrat voter fraud.

Here are a few excerpts from the headline article in the Indianapolis Star last Saturday:
"...167 pages of charging documents and probable cause affidavits ... detectives
discovered a registration for a St. Joseph County man who had been dead for six years ...
two other deceased individuals also were discovered among the registrations .... the
group's purported office location in Gary was a vacant lot ... "
