EASY. They become self-employed, paying dividends or 'self-employed'
paying 9% NI. Or they sacrifice salary for pension contributions or
other in-work benefits.
Right. So no longer on PAYE. The Irish answer when asking directions - 'If
I were you, I wouldn't start from here.'
