Try it through a proxy, like:

http://anonymouse.org/cgi-bin/anon-w...36&It emid=53

or just go to anonymouse and use the form:

http://anonymouse.org/anonwww.html

Another option would be to try using Google translate and enter the
address there. Have it translate English to English. Haven't tried
that before but seems like it might work
