The daft part if I recall my Kinky first aid is that very cold water or iced
water is what is needed here. I'm told that if the person is Jewish its
far more of a problem as forskin can stretch t enable it to be taken off
with a bit of lubrication.

I do wonder about some people though.
It is a very common problem, according to the first aid folk.
I guess the victim should expect to be laughed at, there is so little to
laugh at these days after all.
