Finding a dimmable one will require a bit more googling.
I'd prefer to look at a trade show.
Fitting new LED panels is probably a better idea.
but it would probably involve a major rewiring job - and would involve
scaffolding because of the ceiling height. That might mean closing the hall
to hirers for a week. Not a good idea.
