Default removing metal "plugs" in solvent cans

Well, _this_ farmer generally has good luck with something small like an
ice pick or the like against the outer edge that will crimp the seal
inward enough to twist with needlenose pliers...

I just drive the tip of ny needle-nosed pliers through the plug, then
grab wgat is left with the plkiers in the whole, and twist. Have never
damaged a neck.
