No, the Navy one was paid by the Navy, IOW, by the tax payer.
BD didn't pay a cent, or penny, or whatever the currency is there.

No, under socialism he would be entitled to ONE public
pension, the same as everyone else. Maybe you should enquire, I don't
think anyone is entitled to TWO public pensions.
