Even with the dial set to least cold, it gets to about 25F.
I think it is running 100%. Interior light out, but that is
likely a separate issue.

Thoughts?

Would you happen to have a 120 volt timer laying around
for a
temporary
cure?

nothing in this cooler now, so don't need a temporary cure. I
like your thinking, though.

I'm wondering if its hard on the compressor to run it like that
all the time...myself.

why would I run it like this? It would freeze the wine.

Er, I don't know? I'm only going by what you initially posted...

So umm, are you just ****ing with me, or?

Where did I say I was going to actually run it 100% of the time?

You said you thought it was running all the time, so, based on what
you wrote, I thought you were actually 'running it all the time';
Most coolers remain plugged in, I didn't know you were testing it and
unplugging it because it wasn't shutting the compressor down, as far
as you could determine. You left those details out.

I didn't know what you chilled in the damn thing, either. You didn't
initially mention it.

Sorry for the confusion on my part?

It is unplugged now, of course.

I'd hope so.

You a big dope, or?

Nope. Just going by what you wrote... was all.
