advise him of his Miranda Warnings, if he was arrested. Did they tell
him what he was being charged with a crime. No.

Was he taken to a Federal Magistrate to face charges? No, best I can
tell so far.

Any evidence he did anything other than saying no to give up his seat
and disembark the plane?
