Meh. You don't put a dead cow on a grill. They need to be cooked
low-n-slow and be BBQed. Grilling is for pansies that can't cook.

A nice wood fire smoking pit does the job nicely, too.

That is what you do with pieces of trash meat that are too tough to
cook as a steak.

I'm not a big fan of steak unless it's a t-bone cooked over a fire until
it's medium well. mmmmmmm

OTOH, bbq is a whole different story! Slow cooked in a good smoker til
it's fall apart tender.
