Screwfix is ****ing me off at the moment. I posted two questions a
couple of days ago, then hours later I got an email from Screwfix to
say that they didn't meet the guidelines. Eh?!!!

Then I asked over the phone whether I could view an item before
purchase that is only available with click and collect, i.e. not
available off the shelf in any of the stores within a 50 mile radius.
She said I'd have to buy the item, then decide on collection whether
it was suitable and then request an immediate refund if it wasn't.

Why on earth can't they just deliver the thing to the local store for
inspection? Heck knows, they've got trucks buzzing around all over the
country delivering and picking up stuff.
