Yawn. Al Frankin asked him in the conformation hearing about the
"campaign" and his contact with Russia. Frankin never asked in general
about contact with Russia. As a Senator on the Armed Services
Committee he can talk to any damn ambassador he wants during any
campaign. Frankin tried to ask a loaded question and he ****ed up.
