Red wigglers have a veracious appetite for table scraps, paper, etc.
They like shredded paper scraps for bedding and you add the table scraps
to the paper in layers. As they eat the table scraps, they also eat the
paper. You add new layers of paper and scraps and the worms will move
from the castings up into the new food. They say you can use larger
plastic containers and layer the food on the left side and let the worms
compost that, and then move the food and bedding to the right side and
the worms will move to the right side allowing you to harvest the worm
casting on the previous side.

You can also pull out the top plastic container to harvest the casting
juice in the bottom. You drain it into a bucket and thin it out with
some water and it makes a great organic plant food, or you can water
your veggies with it. Plants love it.

I've seen other plans using a large garbage can, but this is easy --
better IMO.

I like the way this one is stacked. I didn't have that many buckets -
just 2.
