I wonder what a taser or pepper spray does to a 20 tonne truck? I am
sure it won't stop it. You can hit it with a baton and try to talk it
into stopping but they just keep rolling over you. Of course if that
truck has a few hundred pounds of Semtex aboard you won't hear a thing
if you are within a few dozen meters of it. The shock wave will kill
you before the sound gets there.
