Well, actually it did. They carefully shot ONE of the
aggressors in the leg. The others "were allowed to get away".
No gunshots to the head were fired, as is the norm with working class

The police have not filed charges yet, although the guns were
illegal and being fired toward houses, and the offenders were using
non-prescription drugs.
OMG, and Trump hasn't even taken office yet !!!
Can't wait for improvements ... maybe he'll make the police
return the drugs and guns with a supply of ammo from the police
arsenal as a token of apology ?
