I will have to see a proper bank manager for
the £27000 loan for the Giulia on 1MAR17.
And he will give you the bums rush,
right out the door onto your lard arse.
They can have my £210000 house as a guarantee if need be.
You need to show income to pay for it.
If you don't have that job...
Someone at Vivergo hands in 3 month's notice on 20NOV16.
Job goes up for grabs on 27NOV16.
I apply and get interviewed on 29NOV16 and she writes down my 2017
holidays and says "see you soon". 20FEB17 is when they need me
when 3 months' notice is up.
In the meantime, I have four more interviews lined up at Siemens,
Reckitts, Nippon Goshei and Smith and Nephew as a fall back.
Simon. I understand that you are 58 (?)
Try to be realistic, this is painful. In the eyes of many an
interviewer you are just too bloody old:-(
Go for the other jobs. If you get one, you can always jack it in
should you be offered the job that you really want.
When I was 50 I was made redundant. I sent my CV to Nu-Swift
International. The phone rang the next day, caller was Nu-Swift
International. Seems that I was just the person they were looking
for. When can I
start? Then, "I've noticed that you did not include your date of
birth on your CV, Mr Pounder".
I told him. 1999. Sharp intake of breath. "We will get back to you
Steve" They never did. Oddly enough I finished up working for them
a few years later. I walked. The gangster that rang me is now dead.
The same day that Nu-Swift rang me, another company rang me and
offered me a job there and then. They valued experience over age.
If they only need someone for 5 years, they'd prefer a more
experience person.
Big outfits think long term. You will never understand this.
Ever heard of zero hours contracts? The future appears to be in
grabbing people for short periods.
Not skilled people. Which you are not and never have been.
The future is unknown.
"The future is unknown".
The Peeler will pick on your stupid text as I did.
Why oh why do you keep confirming yourself to be a total pillock?
