There is no reliable test for Chronic Lyme Disease.
So no doctor can correctly diagnose you.

Their guess is just better than your guess.
But it's still a guess (witness the article I pointed you to).

It's fine that the doctors are simply making an educated guess, as long as
you realize that's what is going on.
