Don't hold your breath.

Could be anything from the court cryer, to a cop. Certainly neither a lawyer, judge, nor any other degreed or licensed professional.

Start looking for a name change. He has, recently, used up Alger, Spruance, Harmon and others and Baron is about worn out.
