They will just use and estimate which will take your
breath away and the only way to avoid the debt
collectors taking the Giulia is to let them read the
meter, in which case they will take the Giulia anyway
because the electricity bill will be much higher than
the estimate because you have been stupid enough
to use it like it was free when it isnt.
