With some support though, those ideas may be heard and possibly even be
incorporated into out system of government. I'd like to see them in the

The presidential debate commission and the parties set the guidelines.
Had Johnson and Stein had 15% in x number of national polls, prior,
they would have been allowed into the debates. The rules are
negotiated, IIRC.
