I'm happy enough with the 'let's get on with it' approach. But I'd like to
know about the plans on just how to achieve this.

There are many many politicians and businessmen who have been just waiting
for the day we could be out of the EU. So presumably must have some ideas
of the way forward? If so, why not some concrete proposals?
