I have located MORE codes, this time off the FBT.
It is (from what I can see) labled:

' SAMP
1051
TDDCW'

All three came from different places on the FBT.
is this anymore help at all ?

on the circtuit board that plugs into the CRT.

maybe this can help somehow.
What is the process of replacing the flyback transformer ??
