Could anyone help me in finding or troubleshooting my Hitachi Model CT
7884BC TV. It clicks on but no power or picture. You can hear it click

inside , but nothing else...Maybe a power board problem.Fuse is not
blown..Any service manuals out there....any help would be appreciated
