BG seem to be expanding into general home maintenance contracts, a neighbour
has all his plumbing, wiring, heating and drains covered by one of their
plans. (He's a private rented sector landlord so it may be worth it for him
to keep his tenants happy.) They may be recruiting for electricians for that
rather than working on heating systems.
