Default Problem with JVC TV Vide2 input

I have a JVC TV, model AV-35BH4. It's about 6-7 years old. Everything
works fine except the Video-2 input. This TV has 3 inputs: Video-1 has
S-video and composite, Video-2 is composite only, and Video-3 is for
antenna/cable input and is coax only.

I tried to hook up a 2nd source (my Xbox) to the Video-2 input and get
only a very faint, dark, scrambled image. If I pull up the TV menu it
displays distorted if the X-box output is connection. If I disconnect
the X-box the TV menu looks fine.

Note that TV shows the X-box output just fine on Video-1. I have not
tested it on Video-3, as I don't have a composite to coax converter.

Xbox is component output by default out of box and needs dongle cables
or converter box to adapt to either S-video or composite. JVC of this
vintage doesn't have component input, keep that in mind.

But any JVC even new ones is very nice set through. Take care of
yours well.

Any ideas? Thanks,
