Most likely a connector came loose, there may be a cold solder connection,
and or some components have failed. The set should be properly checked.

A bright vertical line? That's loss of horizontal scan. First thing I'd
check is solder connections to the yoke and in that general area, a
schematic should not be nessesary for this repair.
