Depends on your definition of clean. He certainly lost a lot of money
in those bankruptcies, just like many other investors.


It he lost much of his personal fortune, he should sue his lawyers.
The main reason you set up corporations is to isolate yourself from
the corporate liability.


Doesn't work that way anymore. You basically sign a "personal
guarantee" with the contract. in most cases.
