chassis CH-10C3(S)
bottom of screen is missing, top is blue, cant see channel display, seems to
be deflection problem. theres a few blue lines along the bottom of the blue
screen . suspected a bad cap, i probed all electrolytics, they all seem
good unless i missed one, check all diodes, zeners included. resoldered
questionable joints, could it be an IC?... anybody have any suggestions on
what the problem may be? im not sure what the pinouts are for the ICs on
this tv to check them, but i have another site that i will check here on the
pinouts. thanks
